Project Management

I take ownership of the projects we agree to work on, following through on completion of the work from creation to implementation, and continuing through evaluation and revision. Projects I work on include equal pay analyses, handbooks and job descriptions, digital filing conversions, HRIS implementation, and more.

I advocate for a positive employee experience no matter the situation. I help you manage the employment relationship and work to ensure the company and its employees’ needs are met.
